About the Role

We are currently looking for a dynamic, highly organized, and analytical Operations Supervisor to drive the efficiency of our business operations. In this role, you will oversee production workflows, coordinate logistics, manage procurement, and ensure strict regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities- Monitor daily operational activities to ensure strict adherence to established service standards and business processes.
- Manage end-to-end procurement requests, including raising purchase orders, securing approvals, and reconciling invoices.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to guarantee contract compliance and timely delivery of services.
- Track inventory stock levels, oversee reorder cycles, and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments seamlessly.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance reports for senior management review.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance through meticulous documentation, internal audits, and timely submissions.
- Collaborate effectively with finance, HR, IT, and commercial departments on cross-functional operational projects.
- Resolve day-to-day operational bottlenecks promptly and escalate complex challenges to management as needed.
- Bachelor degree with a minimum of Second Class Lower in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven professional experience in operations, supply chain, or process management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
- Deep understanding of stock management principles, procurement cycles, and logistics coordination.
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements applicable to the FMCG and consulting sectors.
