We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Supervisor to coordinate our general operational activities, ensuring that facilities, utilities, equipment, materials, and support services are properly managed for smooth business operations in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate day-to-day general operational activities, facility management, and essential support services including power, water, and HVAC systems.
  • Monitor the condition of operational assets and promptly report or resolve facility, utility, and equipment issues.
  • Liaise with maintenance personnel, external contractors, and service providers to oversee repairs, installations, and general servicing.
  • Process, document, and track spare parts and maintenance item requests in collaboration with the procurement and stores teams.
  • Verify that supplied electrical, electronic components, and machinery spare parts meet exact technical specifications.
  • Maintain proper operational records, equipment breakdown logs, and inventory tracking documents.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company procedures, operational controls, and safety standards across the facility.
Qualifications
  • HND or B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in operations, facilities, utilities, maintenance coordination, or technical support.
  • Prior working experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial production environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong practical knowledge of electrical/electronic equipment, industrial machinery spare parts, and tools.
  • Excellent administrative, problem-solving, organizational, and vendor-coordination skills.
