We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee and supervise the day-to-day operations of our growing firm, which spans construction and interior design services.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise internal teams, external contractors, vendors, and daily business operations efficiently.
- Coordinate construction and interior projects seamlessly from initial execution to final completion.
- Monitor project timelines, material quality, overall costs, and crucial deliverables.
- Provide robust technical and operational oversight across all active project sites.
- Coordinate procurement, logistics, documentation, and administrative processes smoothly.
- Report operational performance and project progress regularly to senior management.
- Ensure strict compliance with quality, health, safety, and company standards.
- Relevant Degree or HND in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience in a similar capacity.
- Proven supervisory and operations management experience within the property development or construction space.
- Demonstrated background in construction, interiors, real estate, or related professional services is strongly preferred.
- Strong technical, project coordination, problem-solving, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams effectively.
