We are seeking a highly qualified Operations Safety Leader to drive safety excellence and operational integrity across our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive safety policies and procedures aligned with international standards
- Lead safety training programs and ensure compliance across all operational teams
- Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify and mitigate hazards
- Oversee incident investigation and implement corrective actions
- Foster a strong safety culture and promote employee awareness across the organization
- Collaborate with regional teams to maintain consistent safety standards globally
- Monitor and report on key safety metrics and performance indicators
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of safety leadership experience in Oil & Gas or similar high-risk industries
- Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian safety regulations and international best practices
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Proven track record in developing and implementing safety programs
