About the Role
Zeedlabs System Limited is a leading Pan-African technology company providing comprehensive IT, cloud, and software solutions. We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Operations Officer to manage the day-to-day operations of our rapidly growing digital platform, Market Centra. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring seamless marketplace activities, maintaining high vendor compliance, and delivering an exceptional experience for both buyers and sellers across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the Market Centra platform, ensuring smooth and reliable marketplace activities.
- Manage end-to-end vendor onboarding, verification, activation, and ongoing compliance with platform standards.
- Monitor product, service, and business listings to guarantee accuracy, quality, and adherence to regulations.
- Develop and maintain efficient operational processes for transactions, vendor management, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate closely with the technology team to quickly identify, report, and resolve platform-related glitches.
- Track marketplace orders, cancellations, and disputes while working with Customer Support to resolve complaints promptly.
- Evaluate vendor performance regularly and implement corrective actions when service standards fall short.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to boost overall efficiency and user satisfaction.
- B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of proven professional experience in e-commerce, digital marketplaces, fintech, online retail, or tech industries.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing vendors, merchants, and customer-facing operational processes.
- Solid understanding of online marketplace dynamics and digital platform administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and relevant digital collaboration tools.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
