Global Rainbowbird Partners is looking for a smart, energetic, and commercially minded Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vibrant restaurant and bar. Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and bar to ensure high standards of service and efficiency.
- Drive sales growth through proactive commercial strategies and excellent customer engagement.
- Supervise, train, and motivate floor and bar staff to maintain peak performance and teamwork.
- Leverage social media platforms effectively for business promotion, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
- Maintain accurate records of daily business activities, inventory, and sales transactions.
- Handle customer feedback gracefully and resolve any issues promptly to ensure repeat patronage.
- Minimum of an OND in a relevant discipline with 2 to 5 years of proven experience in restaurant or bar management.
- Strong business acumen with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Exceptional customer engagement and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in utilizing social media platforms for business marketing and promotion.
- Good and polite spoken and written English proficiency.
