Venmac Resources Limited, an emerging leader in hospitality management, is seeking a responsible, service-oriented, and highly organized Housekeeper / Shortlet Property Supervisor for a serviced apartment in Apo, Abuja. This live-in role is ideal for a hospitality professional dedicated to exceptional guest service, property upkeep, and seamless shortlet operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage smooth guest check-ins, welcoming arrivals, verifying reservation details, and explaining house rules.
- Provide reliable guest support and serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries and requests.
- Maintain high cleanliness standards across bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas through routine housekeeping.
- Coordinate laundry, linen changes, and monitor inventory for cleaning supplies and guest amenities.
- Oversee shortlet booking operations across platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com, tracking reservations and availability.
- Inspect apartment facilities regularly, immediately reporting maintenance issues or damages to management.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in housekeeping, shortlet management, or hotel operations.
- Basic knowledge of OTA platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, or Expedia.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in using digital tools like WhatsApp for reporting.
- Exceptional attention to detail, cleanliness, and organization.
- Must be trustworthy, security-conscious, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to reside on the property and provide responsive live-in support.
- Comfortable staff accommodation provided on-site.
- Professional hospitality and shortlet management training.
- Practical exposure to online booking and property operations.
- Monthly salary of NGN 120,000 with opportunities for professional growth.
