About the Role
Dunamis Prints is a fast-growing commercial printing and branding company based in Surulere, Lagos, specializing in DTF printing, large format, UV printing, signage, and corporate branding. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead our production floor, optimize workflows, and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all printing and finishing activities to ensure strict adherence to project deadlines.
- Monitor material yield per roll and sheet while enforcing strict benchmarks and waste-reduction strategies.
- Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate production staff and shift supervisors to maintain high performance and discipline.
- Ensure all jobs meet exact client specifications and superior quality standards before dispatch.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance for all presses and equipment while liaising with technicians for prompt repairs.
- Monitor stock levels of consumables such as DTF film, ink, and flex materials, working closely with procurement to prevent stockouts.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production output, downtime, and KPIs for management.
- Develop, implement, and enforce standard operating procedures and workplace safety standards.
- Possess an HND or B.Sc. in Engineering, Production, Graphic Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of proven experience in a similar operational role within a printing, packaging, or manufacturing company.
- Familiarity with DTF machines, large format printers, RIP software, and job costing is a distinct advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and motivate a production team of 10 or more personnel.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to tracking KPIs and reducing operational waste.
- Must reside in Lagos and be available to work from Monday to Saturday.
