Key Responsibilities- Participate actively in all phases of the technical training program, focusing on industrial operations and maintenance.
- Learn and apply standard operating procedures for mechanical and electrical systems under the guidance of experienced professionals.
- Assist engineering teams with troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and equipment repairs.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily training activities, operational observations, and technical tasks completed.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols, health regulations, and environmental standards at the workplace.
- Collaborate with team members on various engineering projects to develop practical problem-solving skills.
- Minimum of an HND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
- Must have recently completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
- Strong passion for industrial operations and a high willingness to learn technical concepts quickly.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
- Good analytical skills with a proactive approach to tackling operational challenges.
- No prior work experience is required as full training will be provided.
