Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure seamless service delivery and high standards of guest satisfaction.
- Manage, mentor, and evaluate staff performance across various departments to foster a culture of excellence.
- Monitor operational costs, optimize resource allocation, and support management in maximizing profitability.
- Implement standard operating procedures and maintain compliance with local health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Resolve escalated guest complaints promptly and professionally to protect the hotel brand reputation.
- Minimum of a Bachelor degree or Higher National Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar senior supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for operational detail.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and general financial budgeting processes.
