About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to drive excellence across our daily security operations, optimize resource deployment, and uphold our commitment to safety and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective security strategies, policies, and operational standards aligned with company goals.
- Oversee daily security operations across multiple client locations nationwide, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Manage the proper deployment, supervision, and equipping of security personnel to perform their duties effectively.
- Conduct comprehensive security risk assessments and recommend appropriate measures to mitigate identified vulnerabilities.
- Monitor strict compliance with company policies, operational standards, and relevant regulatory requirements in Nigeria.
- Lead the prompt response to security incidents, emergencies, and other operational challenges.
- Develop, maintain, and execute robust emergency response and crisis management procedures.
- Supervise, motivate, and mentor operational teams and security personnel to maintain peak performance and professionalism.
- Prepare regular operational reports, providing management with actionable updates on security activities and recommendations.
- Ensure all client concerns and operational issues are addressed promptly, professionally, and to the highest satisfaction.
- Bachelor Degree in Security Management, Criminology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A Master Degree or relevant professional security certifications will be a distinct advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in security operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong, practical knowledge of security operations, risk management, and emergency response frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage security teams across multiple decentralized locations.
