In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining a safe and secure environment by monitoring surveillance feeds, detecting suspicious activities, and promptly reporting security breaches. Key Responsibilities- Monitor multiple CCTV screens and surveillance systems continuously to detect suspicious behavior, unauthorized access, or safety hazards.
- Record and document daily security operations, incidents, and unusual occurrences in the shift log.
- Operate security cameras, alarm systems, and other surveillance equipment efficiently to cover designated zones.
- Liaise promptly with on-site security personnel, law enforcement, or emergency services when security threats or emergencies arise.
- Conduct routine checks on all monitoring equipment to ensure optimal functionality and report technical faults immediately.
- Review recorded footage to assist in investigations regarding security breaches or workplace incidents as required.
- Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (ND) in any relevant field.
- At least 2 years of proven professional experience working as a CCTV Attendant, Surveillance Officer, or in a similar security role.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to operate complex security and surveillance systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail with high concentration levels and observational skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for accurate incident reporting.
