About the Role
Paradise Haven Hotel is a premier, multi-functional hospitality establishment located in the heart of GRA Quarters, Sagamu, Ogun State. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to drive our daily business activities, optimize staff performance, and ensure seamless service delivery for our corporate clients and leisure guests. In this role, you will be pivotal in maintaining our high standards of executive comfort and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and coordinate daily hotel operations, ensuring efficiency across all departments.
- Manage, mentor, and evaluate hospitality staff to foster a culture of exceptional customer service.
- Monitor quality control standards, guest satisfaction metrics, and facility maintenance.
- Handle inventory management, vendor relations, and operational cost controls.
- Implement strategic plans to boost occupancy rates and optimize revenue generation.
- Resolve guest inquiries and escalations promptly and professionally.
- Proven professional experience working as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive, multitask, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated integrity, honesty, and a strong commitment to being a reliable team player.
