Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficiency, high productivity, and alignment with company goals.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve service delivery and profitability.
- Manage and mentor property management and hospitality teams to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Monitor financial performance, manage operational budgets, and identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Utilize modern technology and data analytics to track operational metrics and report on performance to executive leadership and investors.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in operations management, preferably within the hospitality or service consultancy sector.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage, inspire, and develop cross-functional teams.
