Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily business operations, management consultancy services, and strategic execution across the organization.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business plans to enhance revenue generation and investor wealth creation.
- Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, aligning with industry-leading hospitality and management standards.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate high-performing teams, promoting best practices and technological adoption.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, investors, and strategic partners.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is an added advantage.
- Proven executive-level experience as a General Manager or in a similar senior leadership role within the hospitality or management consultancy sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and operational leadership.
