Key Responsibilities- Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities across various dewatering project sites in Lagos and nationwide.
- Manage deployment, maintenance, and allocation of specialized dewatering equipment and human resources.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and site engineers to ensure timely project delivery and adherence to safety standards.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and scale service delivery.
- Supervise site managers and technical teams, providing mentorship and performance evaluations.
- Ensure full compliance with Nigerian health, safety, and environmental regulations across all operational sites.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of proven operational management experience, preferably within the Nigerian construction or engineering industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing field operations, heavy equipment, and technical project teams.
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
- Familiarity with well-point dewatering and allied construction services will be a distinct advantage.
