About the Role

We are seeking a strategic Human Resources Manager to provide exceptional leadership and direction for the HR function within our Shared Services Department.
In this dynamic role, you will oversee comprehensive HR operations, talent acquisition and development, performance management, employee engagement, HR compliance, and policy implementation. You will play a pivotal role in driving a high-performance culture, supporting organizational growth, and aligning HR strategies with our overarching business objectives in the Nigerian market.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, and talent development initiatives within the Shared Services Department.
- Design, implement, and manage robust performance management systems and employee engagement programs.
- Ensure strict adherence to Nigerian labour laws, HR compliance standards, and internal company policies.
- Drive organizational growth by fostering a high-performance culture and supporting enterprise-wide projects.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and change management initiatives effectively.
- Provide strategic guidance on tech talent management and oil and gas industry workforce planning.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Human Resources Management, ideally with independent P&L responsibilities.
- At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale projects.
- Proven proficiency in performance management, labour law, HR compliance, talent management, and policy design.
- Strong background in the oil and gas industry and tech talent management.
