About the Role
Stridewaves Limited is a sustainability-driven company focused on delivering innovative solutions in waste management, environmental consultancy, personnel outsourcing, procurement, and sustainability reporting. As we continue to expand our footprint in Port Harcourt and across Nigeria, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Manager to lead our operational activities, optimize processes, and ensure the highest standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily business operations and supervise operational teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Ensure services are delivered to clients efficiently and in strict accordance with agreed agreements.
- Prepare and monitor work schedules, staff deployment, attendance, and overall performance.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, health, safety, and compliance requirements are rigorously followed.
- Manage operational resources, equipment, vehicles, and materials while identifying and resolving operational problems.
- Monitor service quality, handle customer complaints, and liaise with clients regarding operational concerns.
- Coordinate logistics and field activities while monitoring operational costs to reduce unnecessary expenses.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.
- Collaborate closely with HR to address staffing, personnel, and disciplinary issues.
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in operations management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective client and staff liaison.
- In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory compliance standards in Nigeria.
- Based in Port Harcourt or willing to resume work within the region promptly.
