About the Role
Lana Healthcare is a pioneer in delivering technology-enabled, multidisciplinary healthcare directly to patients' doorsteps. We are currently seeking a proactive, results-driven Operations Manager to strengthen our operations in Osogbo, Osun State. Working closely with the Founder, you will coordinate people, processes, and resources, drive operational improvements, and ensure the flawless execution of business priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily business operations, administrative activities, resource management, vendors, and procurement processes.
- Develop and implement efficient administrative procedures, operational workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate staff and service provider onboarding, scheduling, supervision, and ongoing performance management.
- Oversee client onboarding processes, service delivery coordination, and rigorous quality assurance activities.
- Resolve operational challenges promptly and prepare structured weekly reports covering progress, expenses, and key decisions.
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in operations, administration, service delivery, or business management.
- Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly spreadsheets and reporting tools.
- Must currently reside in Osogbo, Osun State, with high integrity and financial discipline.
