We are currently looking for a proactive and organized Human Resource Associate to join our vibrant People & Culture team.
In this dynamic role, you will support and execute day-to-day HR operations across the entire employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day HR operations, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure strict confidentiality of personnel data.
- Support end-to-end recruitment, interview coordination, and seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and staff welfare activities.
- Assist with performance management cycles, probation reviews, and learning and development programs.
- Track HR metrics, prepare workforce reports, and assist with data-driven HR insights.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Previous HR experience via internships, NYSC placements, or entry-level roles is an added advantage.
- Solid understanding of core HR functions, employee lifecycle processes, and Nigerian labor practices.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools, especially spreadsheets.
- Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail and strong time-management capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
