About the Role
FairMoney is a leading digital platform in Nigeria offering instant loans and financial services through our Android app. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to provide senior operational leadership across Nigeria, strengthening execution, governance, scalability, financial discipline, customer experience, and cross-functional performance.
Key Responsibilities- Own and continuously improve end-to-end operational performance across back office, finance, field operations, and service delivery teams.
- Establish operational KPIs, dashboards, service levels, and cost-efficiency metrics to drive data-backed decisions.
- Partner with senior leadership to translate company strategy into scalable operating plans and resource allocation.
- Lead process transformation and continuous-improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain financial discipline, including budget oversight, cost management, and regulatory compliance.
- Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline; postgraduate training is a plus.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in operations, commercial management, fintech, banking, or high-growth environments.
- Proven expertise in managing multi-regional operations, P&L, budgets, and cost management.
- Strong background in scaling operations, risk management, and regulatory compliance within financial services.
- Exceptional leadership, change-management, stakeholder communication, and analytical skills.
