Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily administrative operations and clinical workflow coordination across all hospital departments.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, productivity, and adherence to healthcare standards and policies.
- Develop and implement innovative operational procedures to enhance hospital efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Coordinate with medical and administrative teams to promptly resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Manage hospital facility maintenance, inventory levels, medical supplies, and equipment needs.
- Prepare comprehensive operational reports and maintain accurate institutional records.
- Manage and curate content for the hospital's social media platforms to promote healthcare services and build brand visibility.
- Collaborate with executive management on strategic planning and special administrative projects.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience as an Operations Manager within a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong background in team leadership, day-to-day supervision, and cross-departmental coordination.
- Demonstrated experience in managing corporate social media platforms for brand promotion.
- Exceptional organizational, administrative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern healthcare administrative software.
