In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, streamlining business processes, and ensuring seamless workflow across all departments to achieve our client's strategic growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and improve operational processes to enhance overall business efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless daily workflow and service delivery.
  • Implement strategic initiatives to meet organizational goals and exceed customer expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous operational improvement.
  • Identify areas for business optimization and implement innovative, cost-effective solutions.
  • Foster a positive, highly collaborative, and productive work environment.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments as required.
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and other essential financial documents accurately.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience in operations management or business administration.
  • Prior working experience or deep familiarity with the fashion industry is a distinct advantage.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
