About the Role
Raphael Group, a premier professional virtual assistant service provider, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and oversee our daily remote production operations. In this role, you will ensure our service delivery is efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with high quality standards while managing a talented distributed team.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee end-to-end production and operational workflows to ensure seamless daily delivery.
- Develop and execute production schedules based on business priorities, turnaround times, and client expectations.
- Supervise, mentor, and coordinate remote staff to foster a high-performance culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Monitor productivity trends, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement immediate corrective actions.
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures across all deliverables.
- Optimize resource allocation and introduce best practices to enhance output and reduce waste.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for executive leadership.
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or a related field (equivalent practical experience will be considered).
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience as an Operations Manager, Production Manager, or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, people management, and remote team coordination skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities under pressure.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, reporting tools, and remote production management systems.

- Prior experience working with US-based or remote teams is a distinct advantage.
