About the Role
Singapore View Hotel and Suites is a premier hospitality destination located in the heart of Uruagu, Nnewi, Anambra State, dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences and top-tier accommodation services. We are currently seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee our daily business activities and lead our dedicated hospitality team toward achieving peak performance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel and suites, ensuring seamless service delivery across all departments including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage.
- Manage staff schedules, conduct performance evaluations, and provide ongoing training to maintain high standards of hospitality and professionalism.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage supplier relationships, and ensure timely procurement of hotel supplies and equipment.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and escalations promptly and professionally to guarantee high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Implement cost-control measures and operational strategies to maximize revenue and minimize waste without compromising quality.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and security regulations across the hotel premises.
- Interested candidates must possess an OND, HND, Bachelor's Degree, or Master's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and basic computer applications.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Nnewi, Anambra State.
