About the Role
Latins Security Limited is a premier private security firm dedicated to delivering tailored, high-quality protection solutions for individuals, corporate entities, and government organizations. We are currently seeking a dynamic and disciplined Operations Manager to lead our security personnel, optimize operational efficiency, and drive excellence across all client sites in Abuja and its environs.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily security operations, personnel deployment, and site supervision across multiple locations in Abuja
- Enforce strict security protocols, safety standards, and operational procedures
- Conduct routine site inspections, patrol audits, and compliance checks to maintain high-quality service delivery
- Act as the primary liaison for client relationship management, promptly addressing inquiries and operational escalations
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate security supervisors and guards to foster a culture of accountability
- Lead incident response coordination, thorough investigations, and comprehensive reporting
- Monitor operational budgets, logistics, equipment distribution, and payroll processes
- Ensure strict adherence to Nigerian labor laws, industry regulations, and licensing requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an Operations Manager within the security industry
- Mandatory military background with strong preference given to veterans, ex-servicemen, and retired officers
- Demonstrated expertise in leading large, multi-site workforces with a strong command presence
- Comprehensive knowledge of threat management, risk assessment, and emergency response protocols
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant professional certifications in security or risk management are a strong advantage
