Nobzo Verse Limited is a pioneering Nigerian property-technology company dedicated to making real estate transparent, efficient, and human. We connect people, properties, and trusted managers through a modern ecosystem, helping clients find, evaluate, and secure rentals, leases, and property purchases seamlessly. As we scale, we are looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to join our Ibadan team and lead our daily execution to new heights.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the efficient execution of field and headquarters support operations across Ibadan.
- Coordinate business development, relationship management, customer support, data integrity, and quality assurance functions.
- Translate strategic objectives into day-to-day operational execution, ensuring high standards of service and policy compliance.
- Drive operational planning, performance monitoring, resource allocation, and continuous process improvement.
- Manage issue escalation and foster seamless cross-functional team collaboration and accountability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management Sciences, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in operations, field management, or business operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Must reside in or be deeply familiar with Ibadan, including its geography, communities, and commercial landscape.
- Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and implementing performance management frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and modern operational reporting tools.
