About the Role
Whassan Nigeria Limited (WENL), a trusted leader in catering and facilities management services for the upstream oil and gas sector since 1982, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Campboss. In this vital role, you will oversee daily camp operations, maintain high standards of catering hygiene, and ensure exceptional service delivery across our offshore and onshore locations on a renewable contract basis.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure strict quality compliance for all food items supplied and produced on location.
- Maintain unit profitability in alignment with established operational budgets.
- Oversee monthly payroll processing and manage site administrative duties.
- Prevent pilfering, monitor inventory control, and enforce strict workplace discipline.
- Supervise kitchen and camp staff to guarantee seamless day-to-day operations.
- 5 to 10 years of proven industrial catering and camp management experience.
- Strong understanding of menu planning and recipe interpretation.
- Relevant catering certification will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills in English with the ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and comprehensive knowledge of catering hygiene standards.
