In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the high standards of our tastefully decorated hotel, ensuring our guests enjoy tailored and exceptional experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing fixtures, including sinks, showers, toilets, and pipes in guest rooms and public areas.
- Perform preventive maintenance checks on water heaters, pumps, and plumbing systems to prevent unexpected breakdowns.
- Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies, such as leaks or pipe bursts, minimizing any disruption to hotel operations.
- Clear clogged kitchen and bathroom drains efficiently to ensure proper waste removal and hygiene standards.
- Inspect hotel facilities regularly for compliance, safety codes, leaks, and structural damage.
- Collaborate effectively with other maintenance personnel to resolve HVAC, mechanical, and general facility issues.
- Maintain accurate records of completed work orders, maintenance logs, and materials utilized.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Officer or Plumber, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Proficient in using specialized plumbing tools and reading blueprints or technical schematics.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities for quick and effective repairs.
- High level of physical stamina, including the ability to perform manual labor, bend, and lift heavy equipment.
