We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to join our energetic team and help scale our daily business operations, production processes, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the entire production process, ensuring optimal efficiency, strict adherence to schedules, and alignment with company goals.
- Coordinate interdepartmental workflows, including procurement, logistics, and quality control, to maintain seamless daily operations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain rigorous quality control standards and regulatory compliance across all product lines.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify operational bottlenecks and implement cost-saving strategies.
- Manage the operations and production budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource utilization and minimizing waste.
- Enforce comprehensive safety policies, conducting regular staff training and safety drills to maintain a secure work environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in operations management within the hospitality, restaurant, retail, or FMCG industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing multi-location operations, cross-functional teams, and complex supply chain workflows.
- Strong leadership, conflict-resolution, and decision-making capabilities with a talent for fostering positive team culture.
- Deep understanding of standard operating procedure (SOP) implementation and performance management metrics.
