Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day kitchen and catering operations to ensure optimal efficiency and adherence to high quality standards.
- Manage inventory levels, coordinate procurement of fresh ingredients, and minimize waste across all food production lines.
- Supervise, train, and schedule kitchen staff, logistics personnel, and front-of-house catering teams.
- Streamline order fulfillment processes for meal boxes and large-scale event catering to guarantee timely deliveries.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all food preparation and handling areas.
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational challenges promptly to maintain our reputation for exceptional luxury service.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or relevant certification in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience working in operations management, preferably within the food, restaurant, or catering sector.
- Must reside within Chevron, Lagos, or its immediate surrounding areas for seamless commuting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in a high-pressure environment.
