About the Role
ABNL Limited is a leading 100% indigenous oil and gas servicing company established in 1992, providing professional engineering and technical services across Nigeria and the West African sub-region. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Logistics Specialist III to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert, delivering safe, reliable, and cost-efficient logistics solutions including aviation, marine, shore base, ground transportation, and camp services to our operating teams.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Aviation and Procurement teams to optimize both helicopter and fixed-wing transportation schedules.
- Ensure all logistical support activities strictly adhere to company processes, safety standards, and regulatory controls.
- Provide advanced technical expertise for remote, onshore, and offshore logistics, encompassing marine support commissioning and material transfer start-up procedures.
- Participate actively in emergency preparedness doctrines, safety training, and operational drills.
- Deliver high-level technical and functional support while maintaining sound decision-making capabilities within broad operational parameters.
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or another relevant technical discipline.
- Proven working knowledge of logistics technology, marine operations, and Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) management.
- Strong behavioral competencies including adaptability, analytical capability, applied learning, and effective cross-organizational communication.
- Exceptional ability to plan, schedule, coordinate, and influence stakeholders at all levels without direct authority.
