About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Lead to oversee our day-to-day operations and ensure client projects are executed flawlessly from briefing to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Lead daily delivery operations and oversee client projects to ensure timely completion.
- Assign project ownership, monitor strict deadlines, and manage internal dependencies.
- Optimize team workload, capacity planning, and overall resource allocation.
- Facilitate weekly operational check-ins and cross-functional team alignment.
- Coordinate diverse teams including creative, account management, growth, and external vendors.
- Establish rigorous quality checkpoints to guarantee high-standard deliverables.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective corrective actions.
- Develop, refine, and document scalable workflows, systems, and standard operating procedures.
- Introduce innovative tools and automation to drive business efficiency.
- Deliver comprehensive operational reports to the CEO and escalate critical risks promptly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of proven experience in operations, agency project delivery, or client services.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing multiple complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.
- Relevant professional certifications in project or operations management are a strong advantage.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, problem-solving, and risk-management abilities.
