We are currently recruiting a dynamic and proactive Shop Floor Manager to oversee daily retail operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain seamless inventory control at our client's retail location.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the shop floor to ensure the environment is fully prepared for business each morning.
- Attend to customer enquiries, incoming calls, and follow-ups with a high level of professionalism and care.
- Receive, inspect, and coordinate incoming stock while ensuring safe and proper handling procedures.
- Manage customer orders efficiently and coordinate dispatches through reliable courier services.
- Monitor daily stock movement and maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory records.
- Ensure the shop floor remains clean, organized, and operating at peak efficiency.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly or escalate operational issues to management when necessary.
- Take complete ownership of the shop floor to guarantee smooth, profitable, and hassle-free daily operations.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in retail management, store operations, customer service, or a closely related field.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-first mindset.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and coordination abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and execute responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- High level of attention to detail, accountability, and reliability.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations, digital record-keeping, and inventory software.
