About the Role
Skache Integrated Services Limited is seeking a commercially driven, experienced, and results-oriented Managing Director to lead the overall operations and growth of our microfinance bank. The ideal candidate will combine strong business development capabilities with sound knowledge of microfinance banking operations, deposit mobilisation, credit management, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business strategies to grow the bank's customer base, revenue, market share, and overall profitability.
- Lead the bank's deposit mobilisation strategy, focusing on growing stable, sustainable, and cost-effective deposits from individuals, SMEs, and cooperatives.
- Translate the Board's strategic objectives into practical business plans, budgets, and measurable performance targets while overseeing day-to-day operations.
- Ensure full compliance with Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) regulations, microfinance banking guidelines, KYC, AML/CFT, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Oversee responsible credit growth, loan disbursements, and portfolio quality while maintaining sound internal controls.
- Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the microfinance banking sector, with demonstrable expertise in deposit mobilisation and business development.
- Proven experience in a senior management or executive leadership position within a financial institution.
- Demonstrable knowledge of CBN regulations, microfinance operations, and risk management frameworks.
- Professional banking qualifications will be an added advantage.
