We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Lead to oversee our day-to-day delivery operations, ensure seamless project execution, and drive operational excellence across all client engagements in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Lead day-to-day delivery operations and oversee client projects from the initial briefing stage through to successful completion.
- Assign project ownership, track strict deadlines, monitor task dependencies, and ensure optimal team workload and capacity.
- Facilitate weekly planning and operational check-in meetings to maintain high alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including creative, account management, growth, and external partners.
- Establish rigorous quality checkpoints to guarantee all final deliverables meet exceptional professional standards.
- Identify recurring delivery bottlenecks and implement proactive corrective actions to enhance overall productivity.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Operations, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 plus years of relevant professional experience in operations, agency project delivery, or client services environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing multiple complex projects, tight deadlines, and diverse stakeholder groups.
- Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced corporate setting.
- Relevant professional certifications in project or operations management will be considered a strong advantage.
