We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our vibrant team and gain hands-on experience in modern manufacturing and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the operations team in monitoring daily factory and production activities to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Assist in tracking production jobs, following up on pending tasks, and meeting strict delivery deadlines.
  • Monitor the availability and movement of raw materials, tools, and other essential production items.
  • Collaborate with the stores team to maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
  • Facilitate smooth communication and coordination between Production, Stores, Procurement, and Logistics teams.
  • Identify and report production delays, material shortages, and equipment issues to management promptly.
  • Assist in monitoring finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and are ready for delivery.
  • Maintain accurate operational records, daily trackers, and progress reports.
  • Ensure strict compliance with factory processes, standard operating procedures, and safety requirements.

Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing an HND or Bachelor’s degree, completing an Industrial Training (IT), SIWES, or a one-year internship program, or recently graduated in Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and prepare simple reports.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and work effectively in a fast-paced factory environment.
