About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Operations Coordinator to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in driving our day-to-day project execution and logistical efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

As an Operations Coordinator, you will act as the vital link between field teams, management, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.

  • Coordinate daily operational activities across ongoing oilfield, engineering, and construction projects.
  • Manage logistics, equipment deployment, and material movement to and from project sites.
  • Maintain comprehensive operational records, incident reports, and project documentation.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to resolve operational bottlenecks promptly.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) standards across all company operations.
  • Assist in preparing operational budgets, schedules, and progress reports for management review.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven experience in operations coordination within the oil and gas, marine logistics, or construction sector.
  • Strong understanding of HSEQ protocols and Nigerian industrial safety regulations.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern project management software.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Residency in or willingness to relocate to Warri, Delta State, is mandatory.
