Santi Food Co. (Santi Food & Beverage Limited) is a dynamic and fast-growing healthy food and snack manufacturing business headquartered in Abuja, Nigeria. As we scale our operations, we are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and energetic Operations Coordinator to streamline our daily workflows, manage supply chain logistics, and ensure seamless coordination between production, inventory, and distribution teams.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operational activities to ensure maximum efficiency and adherence to company standards in food manufacturing and packaging.
- Coordinate supply chain logistics, inventory management, and raw material procurement with relevant vendors and internal teams.
- Monitor production schedules and liaise with the plant manager to prevent bottlenecks and meet distribution targets.
- Maintain accurate operational records, inventory logs, and compliance documentation related to health, safety, and food standards.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement cost-effective strategies to enhance overall operational productivity.
- Address and resolve day-to-day operational challenges swiftly to minimize downtime and maintain consistent product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Food Science, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain coordination, preferably within the FMCG or food manufacturing sector.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and vendor negotiation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic inventory management software.
- Deep understanding of food safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance standards in Nigeria.
- Based in Abuja or willing to commute reliably to the manufacturing facility.
