About the Role

The Centre for Communication and Social Impact (CCPN) believes that strategic communication saves lives. We partner with government bodies, international donors, NGOs, and the private sector to implement transformative social and behavior change programs. The Faith and Cultural Champions (FCC) Project leverages trusted faith and cultural leaders to advance voluntary family planning outcomes in Kaduna and Kano states, bridging the gap between social norms and positive health-seeking behaviors. We are seeking a dedicated Knowledge Management Officer (Consultant) to ensure effective documentation, dissemination, and organizational learning from all FCC family planning activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, manage, and maintain robust digital and physical knowledge repositories for the FCC Family Planning component.
  • Document compelling success stories, lessons learned, and programmatic innovations from the field.
  • Develop and distribute monthly knowledge briefs, learning digests, newsletters, blogs, and other visibility materials.
  • Coordinate internal learning events, workshops, and stakeholder knowledge dissemination sessions.
  • Collaborate with the program and RMEL teams to package evidence for advocacy, data visualization, and quality reporting.
  • Support quarterly and annual reporting processes by curating accurate knowledge and monitoring products.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in knowledge management, documentation, or communication within the development sector.
  • Exceptional documentation, technical report-writing, and editing skills.
  • Strong project management, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with public health programs, specifically family planning or social and behavior change communication in Nigeria, is a distinct advantage.
