About the Role
Oilserv Limited is a leading provider of integrated engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning (EPCIC) services and complementary solutions across the asset and program life cycle within the onshore, offshore and subsea market segments of the oil and gas sector. We are currently looking for a dynamic Operations and Maintenance Manager to join our growing team in Nigeria and drive excellence in our facility operations.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily plant operations and ensure production targets are achieved across compression, processing, and storage systems.
- Develop and implement robust preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to maximize plant uptime and efficiency.
- Lead plant commissioning, startup, and shutdown activities while managing operational budgets and cost control.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operations and maintenance teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and regulatory standards.
- Support the recruitment, training, and professional development of technical personnel.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- COREN certification is a strong added advantage, along with recognized professional certifications in operations or maintenance management.
- 8 to 12 years of demonstrable experience in gas processing, CNG, NGL, or similar oil and gas facilities.
- At least 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the energy sector.
- Extensive hands-on experience in plant commissioning, startup procedures, and asset integrity management.
