About the Role
Azarai has been designing engagement and wedding rings in Nigeria since 2014, serving clients across our Ikeja, Lekki, and Abuja stores, as well as our online shop. We are seeking a dedicated Operations Admin to run the back-of-house logistics that keep our business thriving. Based primarily at our Ikeja store and reporting directly to the founder, you will ensure our stock is accurate, online orders are fulfilled seamlessly, repairs are managed end-to-end, and store operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Run cycle counts, receive new stock against purchase orders, manage inter-store transfers, and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Fulfill online orders by picking, packing, dispatching, and updating tracking details.
- Maintain the Shopify catalog with accurate product uploads, pricing, images, and appealing descriptions.
- Manage customer repairs end-to-end, maintaining an accurate repairs register.
- Chase outstanding supplier orders and prepare vendor payment runs for approval.
- Keep stores physically operational by coordinating maintenance for power, AC, and security systems.
- Track and reconcile business expenses and maintain clean financial records.
- Must reside in or near Ikeja, with the willingness to commute to our Lekki store quarterly for stock audits.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in retail operations, inventory management, or operations administration.
- Strong proficiency in Shopify, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Excel, including CSV imports, exports, and keyboard shortcuts.
- Demonstrated experience running payroll, tracking expenses, and managing financial records.
- Impeccable integrity, verifiable references, and exceptional attention to detail.
- Available three weekdays per week (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM), with occasional Saturdays for stock counts.
