About the Role
ARM Hold Co., one of Nigeria's leading non-bank financial services institutions, is seeking a proactive and analytical professional to join our team as an Operational Risk & Resilience Analyst. In this role, you will be instrumental in safeguarding our business operations by identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks while driving our overall business continuity and resilience strategies across the Group.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and periodically review Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs) across diverse business units to identify and document operational risks.
- Maintain the Group operational risk and loss event database, analyzing trends, root causes, and implementing preventive actions.
- Develop, monitor, and report on Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and escalate emerging risks to management and governance committees.
- Support the implementation of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework, conducting business impact analyses and disaster recovery tests.
- Collaborate with IT, Information Security, and Internal Audit to manage fraud risks, third-party oversight, and operational resilience dependencies.
- Perform operational risk assessments for new products, processes, systems, and significant business changes.
- Deliver engaging operational risk training to promote a robust risk-aware culture throughout the organization.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in Operational Risk, Enterprise Risk Management, Business Continuity, Internal Audit, or Compliance within financial services.
- First degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Relevant professional certifications such as FRM, PRM, CIRM, ISO 31000, ISO 22301, CRISC, or CISA are highly advantageous.
