We are currently looking for two dynamic and results-driven Operations Managers to join our expanding team. Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily business operations of the wellness and aesthetics center to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage, train, and mentor front desk staff, therapists, and support personnel to maintain top-tier customer service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of beauty products, spa supplies, and equipment, coordinating timely procurement and stock control.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and implement strategies to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all treatment rooms and facilities.
- Collaborate with management to develop and execute marketing initiatives, promotional packages, and loyalty programs.
- Prepare regular financial reports, manage daily revenue tracking, and assist in budget planning to drive profitability.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as an Operations Manager, preferably within the spa, hospitality, wellness, or beauty industry.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using basic office software and spa management applications.
- Must reside in or be willing to commute to Lekki, Lagos.
