Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily field operations, agricultural activities, and logistics to ensure seamless execution.
- Coordinate on-site teams, assign daily tasks, and monitor performance to meet productivity targets.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, grain storage, equipment usage, and operational outputs.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and agricultural best practices across all sites.
- Collaborate with management to plan logistics for the distribution of food products and agricultural inputs.
- Possession of a relevant Bachelor degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Agriculture, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven professional experience supervising field operations, supply chain logistics, or agricultural activities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate diverse teams and motivate staff toward common goals.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, particularly in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with agri-tech solutions and modern farming practices in Nigeria is an added advantage.
