About the Role
Kingsfield Diagnostic Services provides comprehensive, accurate, and reliable testing solutions across the healthcare sector in Nigeria. We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to support our executive leadership and manage multifaceted projects, including cross-Lagos site visits and administrative workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Manage executive schedules, prioritize urgent meetings, and coordinate site visits across Lagos.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Managing Director, clients, and internal departments.
- Oversee correspondence by screening calls, directing inquiries, and drafting professional emails and memos.
- Compile reports, project updates, and agendas, while taking and distributing accurate meeting minutes.
- Assist in managing construction contracts, architectural plans, and regulatory compliance documentation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and cross-Lagos logistics.
- Process expense reports, manage petty cash, and handle procurement requests for office and project supplies.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- 1 to 5 years of proven experience working as an Operations Manager, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Prior exposure to construction, interior design, real estate, or healthcare industries is a strong advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with construction terminology, permitting processes, and procurement cycles.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- High integrity with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive company data discreetly.
