Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, social media, and phone
- Actively promote and sell technology products and services through online channels
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads to maximize conversion rates
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while providing comprehensive after-sales support
- Prepare accurate quotations, invoices, and detailed sales reports
- Manage multiple e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces effectively
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation abilities
- Proven knowledge of online marketing strategies and e-commerce platforms
- Customer-focused mindset with demonstrated service excellence
- Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software
- Ability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple sales targets and deadlines
- Sales experience in technology or retail sectors preferred
