We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Online Music Teacher to join our team of dedicated educators committed to fostering musical excellence and a genuine passion for learning in our diverse student community.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct engaging one-on-one and group music lessons through our virtual platform
- Teach music theory, practical instrumental skills, and relevant musical techniques tailored to each learner's level
- Develop customized lesson plans based on individual student abilities, learning styles, and musical goals
- Assess learner progress systematically and provide constructive, motivational feedback
- Create interactive virtual learning environments that inspire creativity and musical growth
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality for all scheduled classes
- Communicate professionally with students, parents, and the Operations team regarding progress and development
- Maintain detailed records of student performance, attendance, and achievements
- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or recognized certification in Music or related field
- Minimum 2-5 years of professional music teaching experience
- Proven experience delivering online music lessons effectively
- Proficiency in two or more musical instruments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and suitable device for quality online teaching
- Demonstrated ability to teach learners of varying ages and skill levels with patience and adaptability
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
