Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver interactive, learner-focused biology lessons that cater to the varying academic abilities and needs of all students.
- Employ modern and creative teaching approaches that foster analytical thinking, scientific innovation, and natural curiosity.
- Continuously monitor, assess, and record student performance through practical tests, classwork, assignments, and constructive feedback.
- Work collaboratively with fellow staff members, parents, and school stakeholders to support the holistic academic and personal growth of students.
- Establish and maintain a disciplined, safe, and engaging classroom environment that enhances effective teaching and learning.
- Possess a Bachelor Degree in Biology or a closely related field from a recognized tertiary institution.
- Demonstrate 2 to 10 years of relevant secondary school teaching experience.
- Must possess or be currently pursuing a Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria certification or an education-related qualification.
- Proven ability to plan and deliver effective, result-oriented science lessons.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to actively engage and motivate young learners.
