About the Role
Tanzeel Colleges International, a leading Islamic educational institution in Nigeria established in 2008, is seeking a dedicated Online Academy Coordinator to manage and grow our virtual learning platform. We believe in holistic education that shapes the whole person, integrating conventional schooling with intensive Qur'anic education and deliberate tarbiyyah. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional online education while modelling the character, wisdom, and service-oriented leadership that define our institutional values.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day operations and administration of the Tanzeel Online Academy.
- Facilitate engaging virtual learning experiences for students while maintaining high standards of academic and moral excellence.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to learners and families, practising tarbiyyah deliberately and fairly.
- Coordinate online instructors, schedules, and digital curriculum delivery to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor student progress, engagement, and retention within the digital learning environment.
- Serve as the primary point of communication for parents and students regarding online programmes.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education, Islamic Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience in educational administration, e-learning coordination, or online teaching.

- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with a strong sense of amanah.
